Piramal Finance has opened its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on 24 August 2026, after shareholder approval via postal ballot on 17 August. The floor price is fixed at Rs 2,102.65 per equity share (face value Rs 2), based on the SEBI ICDR pricing formula. The Committee may offer up to 5% discount on this floor price. Final issue price will be decided in consultation with book running lead managers. The company will allot fresh equity shares to institutional investors, leading to dilution for existing shareholders.
Fresh equity dilution expected as QIP opens at floor price of Rs 2,102.65. Final issue price and demand will drive near-term stock movement.
