Piramal Finance posted Q1 FY27 standalone results. Total income rose to Rs 3,470.84 Cr from Rs 2,707.13 Cr YoY, up about 28%. Profit after tax climbed to Rs 439.92 Cr from Rs 263.25 Cr, about 67% higher. Profit before tax stood at Rs 421.08 Cr. Loan book grew to Rs 90,349 Cr from Rs 84,927 Cr. The statements were prepared for a proposed fund raise via QIP, rights issue or private placement. Auditors Singhi and Lodha gave an unmodified review report.
Strong earnings growth signals improving loan book performance. Stock may react positively to PAT surge, though watch for potential dilution from the proposed fund raise.
