On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved ₹450 crore of spending to expand capacity and consolidate Karnataka lamination operations into one integrated facility. The phased plan runs to FY 2030-31 and will raise sheet metal capacity from 108,000 to 160,000 MT a year and machining capacity from 813,600 to 1,314,000 hours a year. Funding will come from internal accruals and debt.
Higher capacity and efficiencies could support growth, but debt-funded execution and phased completion create financing and implementation risks.
