On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.6 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Pitti Engineering's board approved Q3 FY26 results (Dec 2025 quarter) standalone and consolidated. Gummalla Vijaya Kumar was appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval by postal ballot. The board also approved a scheme to merge two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Pitti Industries and Dakshin Foundry, into PEL. Both are 100% owned, so no shares will be issued and shareholding remains unchanged. The scheme needs NCLT Hyderabad Bench approval.
Internal restructuring with no share dilution; operational synergies expected once NCLT approves the amalgamation.
