On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts more than its Rubber peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Pix Transmissions has published a newspaper notice (in Indian Express and Loksatta) informing shareholders about transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shares whose dividend has remained unclaimed for 7 consecutive years or more will be transferred. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders. Shareholders must claim dividends by 9 January 2027, after which shares will be moved to IEPF. Physical share certificates will be cancelled and duplicates issued in the shareholder's name for transfer, while demat shares will be transferred via corporate action. Shareholders can later reclaim shares by filing Form IEPF-5.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends for 7 years or more risk losing their shares to IEPF. Verify dividend records and claim by 9 January 2027 to avoid transfer.
