Ind-Swift Ltd has completed the sale of an industrial land and building measuring 3 Bighas in District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh for a total consideration of Rs. 85 Lakhs. The property had been non-operational for many years and contributed nothing to the company's turnover or profits. The buyer is M/s. Kamlesh Deh Raj Pharma, an unrelated party, and the sale deed was registered on April 7, 2025. The company has confirmed this is not a related party transaction and does not constitute a sale of substantially the whole undertaking under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The sale is not part of any scheme of arrangement.
