PNC Infratech reported unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Standalone Q2 revenue, EBITDA and PAT were Rs 1,146 crore, Rs 138 crore and Rs 73 crore; H1 revenue was Rs 2,664 crore, EBITDA Rs 513 crore and PAT Rs 343 crore. Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 1,322 crore, EBITDA Rs 279 crore and PAT Rs 115 crore; H1 revenue was Rs 3,011 crore, EBITDA Rs 802 crore and PAT Rs 447 crore. H1 EBITDA includes a Rs 217 crore NHAI arbitration award for the Agra Bypass Project.
Revenue and EBITDA improved year on year, but PAT comparisons are distorted by the NHAI award and prior-period asset-sale gains.
