Poonawalla Fincorp's Finance Committee approved issuance of 20,000 unsecured subordinated non-convertible debentures (Tier II capital) worth up to Rs 200 crore via private placement. Base size is Rs 150 crore with a green shoe option of Rs 50 crore. Face value is Rs 1 lakh each. The NCDs will be listed on BSE under PFL NCD Series SDA1 FY2026-27 Re-issuance-II. Coupon rate, tenor, and redemption details will be specified in the key information document.
Capital raise strengthens the company's Tier II capital base. NCD holders get subordinated debt exposure with BSE listing, but coupon terms are not yet disclosed.
