Q2 FY26 revenue rose 56% to Rs 1,542.30 crore from Rs 988.87 crore, while net profit swung to Rs 74.20 crore from a Rs 471.04 crore loss. H1 revenue was Rs 2,856.27 crore and net profit Rs 136.80 crore, but operating cash flow was negative Rs 10,692.82 crore, mainly from loan growth. Debt-equity was 3.62. The Rs 1,499.98 crore preferential issue proceeds were fully used, with no deviation. Auditors gave an unmodified conclusion.
Profit recovery supports sentiment, but the operating cash outflow, high leverage and the promoter share issue raise funding and dilution concerns.
