Adoption of FY2025-26 Annual Accounts received 100 percent approval (12,557,000 votes in favor, 6 members voted, zero against). Re-election of Director Mrs Vinita Venkatesh received 99.98 percent approval (12,554,000 votes for versus 3,000 against). No invalid votes were recorded. Scrutinizer R Mukundan certified the e-voting process as fair and transparent.
