Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results (ended Sep 30, 2025). Standalone revenue dipped about 8% YoY to Rs 703.41 cr in Q2 (loss Rs 0.68 cr); H1 standalone PAT was a small loss at Rs (2.89) cr. Consolidated revenue held near flat at Rs 1,530.38 cr in Q2. An exceptional gain of Rs 152.87 cr (consolidated) came from sale of Kuttukaran Green and Vision Motors. Operating cash flow stayed negative on both bases. Board also cleared ESOP 2025, a new step-down subsidiary for a luxury dealership brand, an Independent Director via postal ballot, and reshuffled committees.
Soft standalone numbers and small loss offset by one-time divestment gain; new ESOP may add a mild dilution overhang. Watch luxury and commercial vehicle segments.
