Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PFC priced USD 300 million Floating Rate Notes under its USD 8 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes mature in July 2029 (3 years), with coupon of Overnight SOFR plus 110 basis points, paid quarterly. Settlement is on 16 July 2026. Notes are direct, unsecured, pari-passu with other unsecured debt, listed on NSE IFSC and India INX. Proceeds follow RBI's ECB guidelines.
