Q2 FY26 unaudited standalone net profit was Rs 4,461.94 crore, up 2.1 percent year on year. Consolidated profit attributable to PFC owners was Rs 5,743.25 crore, up 8.3 percent; standalone earnings per share was Rs 13.52. The Board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3.65 per share. The record date is November 26 and payment is due by December 6. Half-year standalone operating cash flow was an outflow of Rs 4,614.71 crore. A Rs 262.90 crore loan reported as fraud was fully provided for.
The dividend supports shareholder returns, but modest profit growth, negative operating cash flow and a fraud-related provision may weigh on sentiment.
