On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts less than Nifty 100 and 4.0 pts less than its Financial Institution peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PFC approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Standalone half-year profit after tax rose to Rs 8,963.44 crore from Rs 8,088.32 crore. Consolidated profit after tax was Rs 16,815.84 crore. It declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3.65 per share, payable by 6 December. Standalone operating cash outflow was Rs 4,614.71 crore and debt-equity ratio was 4.86.
The dividend and profit growth may support the share price, but negative operating cash flow and a 4.86 debt-equity ratio could weigh on it.
