On October 29, 2026, the NCLT Mumbai Bench-V approved the amalgamation of unlisted Nami Capital into listed Pradeep Metals. Nami Capital will be dissolved without winding up, and its assets and liabilities will transfer to Pradeep Metals. The scheme takes effect after the certified order is filed with the Registrar of Companies. Pradeep Metals will issue 19,007 new shares per 300 Nami Capital equity shares and one share per 17 preference shares.
