Praj Industries has informed the stock exchanges about two board-level changes effective 1st July 2025. Dr Pramod Chaudhari, the company's founder, has been formally appointed as Founder Chairman and Mentor – Praj Group (Whole Time Director) for a five-year term running till 30th June 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the 39th Annual General Meeting.
