Praveg Ltd has decided to terminate its inventory arrangement with Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) specifically for its Praveg Beach Resort Lighthouse property in Daman, effective June 7, 2026. The arrangement, originally announced on December 20, 2024, had tied certain of Praveg's properties to MHRIL for distribution. Importantly, the inventory arrangement with MHRIL will continue for all other Praveg properties.
