Pre-offer ad for 26 percent open offer at Rs 10.50 per share

Manager to the Offer Beeline Capital Advisors has filed a pre-offer advertisement cum corrigendum for the open offer to acquire up to 53,44,313 equity shares (26 percent) of ECS Biztech from public shareholders at Rs 10.50 per share. Acquirers are Rakesh Ramanlal Shah and Komal Infotech Private Limited (previously a PAC, now Acquirer-2). IDC finds the price fair and reasonable. Revised timeline: offer opens Sep 17, 2026 and closes Sep 30, 2026.
