Premier Energies board approved investing in a new JV called HeliosAnthos Energies with BA Prerna Renewables to undertake EPC work for solar, wind, BESS and hybrid renewable energy projects. Premier will hold 51% by investing about Rs. 10.45 lakh, while BA Prerna holds 49%. The board also extended the deadline for acquiring 51% of Ksolare Energy and deferred the balance tranche buyout of Transcon Ind Limited, both pushed to April 15, 2026, pending completion of conditions.
Positive step into renewable energy EPC, but repeated delays in Ksolare and Transcon deals may cause short-term uncertainty for investors.
