Annual Report FY25-26 and 34th AGM Notice submitted

Premier Polyfilm submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and 34th AGM notice. AGM scheduled for 24 September 2026 via video conferencing. Items include declaration of 15% dividend (Rs 0.15 per share of Rs 1 face value), adoption of audited financials showing revenue from operations of Rs 33,890 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs 3,091 lakhs (up from Rs 2,501 lakhs in FY 2024-25), re-appointment of Executive Director Shri Ram Babu Verma for 12 months, ratification of Statutory Auditor M/s A D V And Co LLP, and appointment of Cost Auditor M/s Cheena & Associates. Record date for dividend is 17 September 2026.
