Pricol Board approves demerger of DICVS business into Pricol Autotech

Pricol board approved demerger of its DICVS business (Driver Information and Connected Vehicle Solutions) into Pricol Autotech Limited. DICVS contributed Rs 2,424.63 crores, about 61% of FY26 consolidated turnover. Shareholders get 1 Pricol Autotech share for every 1 Pricol share held (1:1 ratio). Pricol keeps its Actuation, Control and Fluid Management Systems and Precision Products businesses. No cash involved. Pricol Autotech will list on NSE and BSE. Subject to NCLT, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
