Prima Plastics Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Demerger with Prima Innovation Limited (the Resulting Company) has become effective from April 01, 2026. The scheme was sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, and the certified true copy of the order was filed with the Registrar of Companies, Goa via form INC-28. This follows the earlier intimation dated March 24, 2026 regarding receipt of the NCLT order. The company will separately announce the record date for the demerger.
The demerger creates a new entity (Prima Innovation Limited) from Prima Plastics, which will affect shareholding structure. Shareholders should watch for the upcoming record date announcement to understand the share entitlement ratio.
