Prima Plastics 32nd AGM held on Aug 10, 2026; five resolutions tabled

Prima Plastics held its 32nd AGM on August 10, 2026 via video conferencing, running 35 minutes. Chairman Mr. Bhaskar Parekh and MD Mr. Dilip Parekh addressed shareholders. Five resolutions were tabled: adoption of FY26 financial statements, declaration of dividend, reappointment of Mr. Dilip Parekh as Director, increase in remuneration of Mrs. Shriya Chaudhary (related party), and corporate guarantee approval under Section 186.
