Prime Focus board approved Q2 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 1,042.89 crore (up from Rs 884.96 crore YoY) and net profit of Rs 4.06 crore. CFO Nishant Fadia resigned and was immediately appointed as Non-Executive Director. Vikas Rathee named new CFO from Nov 13. Director Merzin Tavaria also resigned. Shalini Govil Pai appointed Independent Director.
CFO change and director exits may cause short-term volatility. Revenue growth is positive but standalone business remains in loss.
