On October 3, 2025, Prime Focus's board approved an exit option for Indivisual Investment, a minority investor in DNEG, on or after January 1, 2029. The investor may exchange its DNEG shares for new Prime Focus shares, subject to law. Prime Focus holds 88.28% of DNEG. A2R Holdings, part of the promoter group, is also involved. No shares are issued now, and control will not change.
Potential future share dilution if the option is exercised. No immediate change to management or control, and no shares are being issued now.
