On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Prime Focus Limited has completed the transfer of its entire equity shareholding in its wholly-owned subsidiary Prime Focus Studios Private Limited (PF Studio) to DNEG S.a.r.l. Luxembourg, which is itself a material subsidiary of Prime Focus. The transfer is effective December 15, 2025, under the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated October 27, 2025. No financial terms were disclosed in this update.
Intra-group restructuring: PF Studio now sits under DNEG instead of the listed entity. Limited direct impact on shareholders, watch for consolidation effects.
