On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Prime Focus shareholders at the 29th AGM approved: transfer of Brahma AI Services India (formerly Prime Focus Technologies) from DNEG to Brahma AI Holdings for USD 90.09 Million, and PFT US from Brahma India to DNEG for about USD 21 Million. Both are intra-group subsidiary transfers at arm's length. Also approved Mr. Namit Malhotra as Whole-time Director for 3 years, and a plan to raise up to Rs 3,000 Crore via equity, debt or other securities.
Internal subsidiary reshuffle has limited direct impact; Rs 3,000 Cr fundraise plan could lead to equity dilution and warrants close attention.
