Intimation regarding Re-constitution of committees

Prime Fresh Limited announced the reconstitution of four board committees effective May 21, 2026. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and CSR Committee have all been restructured with changes in chairmanship and membership. Khyati Shah (Independent Director) has taken over as Chairman of three committees (NRC, Stakeholder Relationship, and CSR), while Nishit Popat (Independent Director) becomes Chairman of the Audit Committee. Jinen Chandrakant Ghelani continues as Managing Director and CFO, now added to the Stakeholder Relationship and CSR Committees. This appears to be a routine committee restructuring rather than a response to any departures or governance concerns.
