Prime Fresh appoints M/s Keshri & Associates as new statutory auditor for 5 years

Prime Fresh Limited has recommended the appointment of M/s Keshri & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 310006E), as its new statutory auditor. The appointment is for a first term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the upcoming AGM until the conclusion of the 24th AGM. The change follows the completion of the second term of the existing auditor M/s O.P Bhandari & Co., aligning with the maximum tenure limit under the Companies Act. The board approved the appointment on 15 July 2026 based on the recommendation of the audit committee. Final approval is subject to shareholder vote at the next AGM.
