Prince Pipes has completed the second phase of its Asset Purchase Agreement with Klaus Waren Fixtures Private Limited, acquiring land, buildings, machinery, manufacturing equipment, and fixtures at Bhuj, Gujarat. This completes the two-phase deal that began in March 2024, when the company first acquired the Aquel bathware brand along with moulds, dies, and intellectual property. The Bhuj facility will now serve as the manufacturing base for Prince Pipes' bathware operations, supporting the scaling of the Aquel by Prince product portfolio including faucets and bathroom accessories. With this addition, Prince Pipes now operates 9 manufacturing units across India, strengthening its diversification into the bathware segment.
