Prism Johnson has completed the sale of its entire stake in Raheja QBE General Insurance Company, its material unlisted insurance subsidiary, to QBE Holdings (AAP) Pty Limited on 1 July 2026. All conditions precedent including IRDAI approval and shareholder approval were satisfied. With this completion, RQBE ceases to be a subsidiary of Prism Johnson, and the joint venture and shareholders agreement with Australia's QBE Group in the general insurance business stand terminated.
Insurance arm fully exits the group. Prism Johnson can refocus on core businesses; deal value impact was disclosed in earlier filings.
