Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
PNC Media and Entertainment (formerly Pritish Nandy Communications) held its 33rd AGM on Sept 28, 2026 via video conferencing, lasting about 30 minutes. Two ordinary resolutions were passed: (1) adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2026, and (2) re-appointment of Mrs Rina Pritish Nandy as director by rotation. Both resolutions passed with about 99.98% votes in favour out of 9,891,816 total shares, with very few against.
Routine procedural outcome. Both resolutions got near-unanimous shareholder support, no material change for investors.
