Promax Power Limited held its 9th AGM on September 30, 2026 in Chandigarh. All 6 resolutions passed with 100 percent votes in favor and zero against. These included adoption of FY26 standalone financial statements, reappointment of Ms Shweta Bhardwaj as Director, appointment of M/s Manish Jain and Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 years, appointment of M/s Prachi Lad and Associates as Secretarial Auditors from FY26 to FY30, reappointment of Mr Sanjay Kumar as Independent Director for 5 years, and reappointment of Mr Vishal Bhardwaj as Managing Director for 5 years.
