Prostarm Info Systems has delayed the start of commercial production at its 1.2 GWh Battery Energy Storage System facility in Jhajjar, Haryana and its Bakrol, Gujarat manufacturing facility. Factory buildings are substantially ready, but external factors and prevailing geopolitical conditions have hit timely availability of required resources. The company now expects to commence commercial production at both facilities on or before September 30, 2026, and says it is taking steps to expedite procurement and start operations at the earliest.
