Prozone Realty completed the sale of three mall subsidiaries - Kruti, Alliance Mall, and Empire Mall - to Inorbit Malls India for an aggregate gross consideration of Rs 1,242.50 crore. The deal transfers 100 percent stake in these entities, monetising the company's operational mall assets. The company retains its land parcels (around 16 acres, plus holdings in Nagpur, Indore, and Andheri) for future real estate development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Major asset monetisation. Company exits mall operations to focus on land bank development. Rs 1,242.50 crore inflow strengthens balance sheet.
