PTC India Financial Services posted Q3 FY26 standalone net profit of Rs 49.09 crores, down from Rs 67.14 crores YoY. Nine-month profit rose to Rs 273.86 crores from Rs 158.89 crores, lifted by Rs 151.16 crore impairment write-back and Rs 29.49 crore earlier-year tax credit. Revenue from operations dipped to Rs 395.49 crores from Rs 482.69 crores. Capital adequacy at 71.21 percent, net stage 3 ratio at 1.40 percent. Postal ballot cleared to appoint Mr Pikkili Ramana Murthy as Independent Director for three years.
Higher profit is driven by one-time reversals and tax credit, not core earnings growth. Falling revenue is a concern. Director appointment is routine governance.
