On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Castings & Forgings peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Aerolloy Technologies, PTC Industries' wholly owned subsidiary, signed two MoUs with the Ministry of Steel under PLI Scheme 1.2 for Specialty Steel, covering Titanium Alloys and Super Alloys. These materials attract the highest PLI incentive rates under the strategic sector category. Aerolloy says it is the only Indian firm with end-to-end manufacturing for both. The incentives are expected to boost returns, margins, and long-term earnings visibility in aerospace, defence, and space.
Positive for PTC Industries. PLI incentives should improve margins and earnings visibility in high-barrier aerospace and defence materials.
