PTC Industries has secured an order worth Rs 110 crore from BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited for the production and supply of critical titanium castings used by BrahMos. The order is domestic in nature and is to be executed over 24 months. BrahMos Aerospace is a key entity in India's defence missile programme, making this a strategic order for PTC's advanced materials business. The contract is not a related party transaction and there is no promoter interest in the awarding entity.
This Rs 110 crore order is a sizeable win for PTC Industries and strengthens its position in the high-value defence supply chain. For shareholders, it signals credible order inflow from a marquee defence customer, which could support future revenue growth and improve order book visibility.
