Puneet Sharma joins board as whole-time director; Chandan Singh resigns

The board appointed Puneet Sharma as an additional director and whole-time director from November 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting or within three months, whichever is earlier. It accepted Chandan Singh's resignation as whole-time director, effective at the close of business that day. The board also approved unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
