Punjab Communications Limited (a subsidiary of Punjab Infotech) announced board changes effective May 6, 2025, approved by circulation on May 12, 2025. Sh. Kamal Kishor Yadav, IAS (2003 batch, currently Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce) has been appointed as Chairman, replacing Sh.
