Punjab National Bank has fixed Friday, 20 June 2025 as the record date for the payment of dividend on equity shares for FY2024-25. The 24th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 27 June 2025 at 11:00 a.m. through video conferencing. The book closure period runs from 21 June to 27 June 2025 (both days inclusive).
