Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 unaudited results. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 644.20 crore from Rs 495.54 crore YoY. However, consolidated net loss widened to Rs 42.99 crore (vs Rs 17.06 crore YoY), with H1 FY26 loss at Rs 111.54 crore against Rs 2.28 crore in the year-ago period. Standalone Q2 net loss was Rs 36.21 crore. The Board also elevated Mr Niraj Kumar Gautam from Deputy CFO to CFO effective September 24, 2025, and named him Nodal Officer. Finance costs rose sharply to Rs 168.58 crore in Q2 from Rs 140.78 crore YoY.
Revenue growth but deeper losses and rising finance costs may pressure sentiment; CFO elevation brings continuity in leadership.
