All 6 resolutions passed at 34th AGM with strong shareholder support

Puretrop Fruits Limited held its 34th AGM on September 15, 2026 via video conferencing. All 6 resolutions were passed, including approval of FY26 audited financial statements, reappointment of Mr. Ramchandra Joshi as director (retiring by rotation), reappointment of Mr. Pradeep Katyal and Mrs. Sharada Iyer as Independent Directors for a second 5 year term, appointment of Mr. Saikiran Saladi as new Independent Director for 2 years, and reappointment of Mrs. Nanita Motiani as Whole Time Director for 2 years effective April 2027. Most resolutions received around 100% support in favour with only negligible votes against. The Motiani resolution got 99.73% in favour with promoter group excluding themselves from voting.
