The board approved unaudited standalone results for September 2026. Quarterly revenue fell 1.8 percent year on year to Rs 2,640.84 lakh, and continuing profit fell 10.2 percent to Rs 238.11 lakh, narrowing the profit margin. Half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs 991.50 lakh after a Rs 3,267.84 lakh inventory increase, while current borrowings rose to Rs 1,199.55 lakh from Rs 22.70 lakh. FP and Associates found no material misstatement.
Clean review is reassuring, but lower profit, negative cash flow, higher inventories and short-term borrowing may pressure sentiment and liquidity.
