Purple Wave Infocom Ltd, a BSE SME-listed company engaged in digital PRO AV integration, trading and distribution, has commenced manufacturing operations at its new facility in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. The inauguration ceremony was held on 15th May 2026. This marks a strategic shift for the company, which historically operated only in trading and distribution, and now expands into manufacturing for a more integrated and scalable business model. The facility was taken on rent following board approval in December 2025. The company expects this to improve production planning, quality supervision, supply chain efficiency, and support long-term sustainable growth.
Positive for shareholders as the company diversifies from trading into manufacturing, potentially improving margins and creating operational synergies. However, being a rented facility on the SME platform, the scale of capital investment remains modest.
