Q1 FY27 results: profit triples YoY, MD re-appointed for 5 years

Sangam Health Care Products posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) total income of Rs 302.56 lakhs, up from Rs 281.67 lakhs a year ago. Net profit jumped to Rs 30.63 lakhs from Rs 10.26 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 0.02 versus Rs 0.01. Board also re-appointed Mr Bhagat Reddy Dundumulla as Managing Director for 5 years from 5 September 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 32nd AGM on 30 September 2026.
