On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.2 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
QGO Finance's September quarter profit rose 44% year on year to Rs 120.92 lakh; revenue rose to Rs 602.99 lakh from Rs 416.92 lakh. The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per share, with November 6 as record date. It approved a private placement of 200 unsecured, redeemable NCDs of Rs 1 lakh each for Rs 2 crore at 12% for 9 years. Urmi Joiser resigned as compliance officer but remains COO; Sarita Singh starts October 27.
Profit growth and dividend may support the stock, while the NCD issue adds interest cost. The compliance handover appears orderly.
