On the reaction day the stock moved 5.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
QMS board approved a composite scheme to demerge its Healthcare Services business (Rs 37.17 Cr, 24.41 percent of FY26 turnover) and HCAH's similar business into wholly owned subsidiary Saarathi Healthcare. Share ratio: 1 Saarathi share per 1 QMS share. Saarathi to seek NSE listing. Also signed merger co-operation and shareholders agreements. Additionally, QMS to acquire 100 percent of BeamOptics Scientific, a Pune-based optics and diagnostics maker with FY26 revenue of Rs 113.81 Lakhs, via Binding MOU, subject to NCLT approval.
Healthcare arm restructures into a separately listed entity; QMS shareholders get Saarathi shares. BeamOptics adds diagnostics to portfolio. Both subject to NCLT and other approvals.
