On the reaction day the stock moved 5.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
QMS board approved a composite scheme to demerge its Healthcare Services Business (24.41 percent of turnover at Rs 37.17 crore) and HCAH's similar unit into wholly owned Saarathi Healthcare, which will seek NSE listing. QMS shareholders get 1 Saarathi share for every 1 QMS share held. Also approved 100 percent acquisition of BeamOptics Scientific (Pune based optics and diagnostics maker) via cash or share swap. Subject to NCLT and other approvals.
Healthcare arm to spin off into Saarathi for separate listing; QMS to add BeamOptics. Share swap 1:1 for QMS holders. Pending approvals.
