Quick Heal Technologies reported a weak FY25 with consolidated revenue declining 4.2% YoY to ₹279.5 Cr (from ₹291.8 Cr). The company swung to an operating loss as EBITDA fell 137.5% to ₹(6.6) Cr from ₹17.6 Cr, and PAT dropped 79.2% to ₹5.0 Cr from ₹24.2 Cr. The board also approved the appointment of a new Secretarial Auditor. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Shareholders face a sharp deterioration in profitability with EBITDA turning negative and operating cash flow swinging to ₹(22.3) Cr outflow (vs ₹18.2 Cr inflow last year). However, management highlighted positive signals including 3x growth in new product billing, order book of ₹24+ Cr, and deferred revenue of ₹12+ Cr, suggesting potential recovery in FY26. The stock at ₹286.75 trades well below its 52-week high of ₹825.90, already reflecting the weak results.
